FUTIA is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides AI-powered video production services. Users can purchase credits to access the following services on the platform:

• AI-powered automated video production
• Scriptwriting, audio generation, and visual creation
• SEO optimization and thumbnail design
• Niche research and competitor analysis
• YouTube channel management tools

3. Account Creation and Usage

• To utilize the services, you are required to create an account.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date.
• You are responsible for your account's security (e.g., password protection).
• Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our services.
• Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, additional accounts may be terminated.
• Accounts are personal. You may not sell, transfer, rent, or otherwise allow third parties to use your account.
• Sharing your account access information (username, password, etc.) with others is prohibited. You bear all responsibility for any consequences arising from such sharing.

4. Credit System and Payments

4.1 Credit Usage

• To produce videos and utilize other tools, you are required to purchase credits.
• Credits are specific to your account; they cannot be sold, transferred, gifted, or otherwise conveyed to other accounts or individuals.
• The sale, exchange, or commercial use of credits by third parties is strictly prohibited. Should such activities be detected, your account will be immediately terminated, and your existing credits will be canceled.

4.2 Refund Policy

• Purchased credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash; however, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
• No refunds, reimbursements, or compensation can be claimed for unused credits.

4.3 Payment Terms

• Payments are securely processed via the Stripe infrastructure.
• Credit card and debit card payments are accepted.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Rules of Use

By using the platform, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• The production of illegal, harmful, or defamatory videos is prohibited.
• The creation of content that infringes upon copyright is prohibited.
• Misuse of the platform (e.g., spamming, bot usage) is prohibited.
• Actions that obstruct other users' access to services are prohibited.
• Sharing profanity, insults, or inappropriate content in the community chat is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Generated Content

• Videos and content you generate through the platform belong to you.
• As they are AI-generated, they do not pose copyright issues.
• Videos are stored on our servers for 3 days (72 hours). You must download your videos within this timeframe. At the end of this period, the files will be automatically deleted and cannot be recovered.

6.2 Platform Content

All content on our website (texts, images, logos, software) belongs to FUTIA, and unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.

7. Service Interruptions

FUTIA acknowledges that service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Planned maintenance activities will be announced in advance. We cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from such interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

FUTIA:

• Provides its services "as is." The suitability of generated content for a specific purpose is not guaranteed.
• Is not responsible for policy changes by YouTube or other third-party platforms.
• No income guarantee is provided; results may vary.
• We are not responsible for issues arising from user errors.
• We are not responsible for interruptions in third-party services (e.g., YouTube, Stripe).
• Our liability for damages arising from the use of the platform is limited to the service fees you paid for the last 3 months.

9. Account Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• In the event of a violation of the terms of use, your account may be suspended or terminated.
• Unused credits are not refunded upon account closure.
• No refunds will be issued for balances in accounts closed due to account transfer, sale, or credit trading.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon their publication on our website. Your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
